Orders take 2–3 working days to process and confirm. Once confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your order summary and tracking number.

Shipments are picked up every Monday and Friday. After receiving your confirmation email, your order should arrive within 3–7 working days, depending on your location.

Once payment is processed, all sales are final. Please note our "NO RETURN/NO EXCHANGE" POLICY for incorrect sizes. Make sure to check our size chart and catalog when selecting your size. We can only replace items if we've mistakenly shipped the wrong item/size or if there are proven production damages. If you seek a refund or exchange due to production damage, you must provide an unboxing video from the day you received the package and contact us directly via Instagram (@antibiotic.smile) or email (antibiotic.smile@gmail.com). We'll review and address any issues promptly. Please allow 7 business days for return/exchange requests to be processed.
